All editors sign an NDA, Anti-AI Usage, and Intellectual Prperty agreement prior to being onboarded to TEC
Each editor is intentionally selected and paired with each piece, taking into account each editor's reading preferences, expertise, and content sensitivities.
How We Edit
We edit by giving comments on the author's piece, as well as providing a comprehensive Halfway Editing Update and a Final Editing Update at their respective times.
These Editing Updates elaborate on the commented edits, explain which aspects of the manuscript are strong and which may need more attention, and recommend next steps for the author.
We will happily sign any NDA at an author's request.
